You can de-anodize that red if you soak it in Greased Lightning cleaner for like an hour. It turns out looking like any other regular aluminum piece..

lol they're fine, still spin like they did before. I don't have tools to get them out, so I decided to spray over and replace if they seized up, but the spray paint didn't do anything..
